Part three of L SS— Series Pure water cooling device
The heat exchanger set consists of two separate stainless steel corrugated plate exchangers which own high heat-transfer efficiency (K is up to 4000Kcal/m2·H·℃), and is compact in structure, easy to dismantle and clean. The stainless steel material is 1Cr18Ni9Ti.
There is a elevated expansion vessel to collect gases produced in the pipeline during operation. When the device is shut off, the vessel will apply pressure to the water conduit of the pacifying cabinet by the height difference. If overpressure occurs in the loop due to gases, the gases will be discharged through the automatic expansion valve of the water tank.

Secondary electrical system: The resistivity, conductivity, temperature and pressure of the pure water in the main loop and resistivity and conductivity of the outlet water from the ion exchanger can be read directly. There are alarm systems for power and temperature, pressure, level, quality and flow of pure water. The high grade device has, in addition, pure water flow display and high precision digital thermometer for direct reading of the temperature of the primary and the secondary water at the inlet and outlet points. All signals have output terminals for integrated control and processing. For concrete circuit, please see the electrical principle diagram.
The conduit for pure water loop is made of either stainless steel or engineering plastics in order to avoid deterioration of the pure water due to contamination caused by vessels and pipelines
